Air Ambulance

Our family and staff have been transporting and caring for patients for more than 25 years. We operate in one of the harshest environments in the world. Many people would characterize our type of flying as ‘bush flying’, this is no longer the case today. Although we are proud of our rich heritage of wilderness and northern flying; many of our peers would not recognize the high technology, advanced maintenance systems and satellite guidance technology we use today to provide the utmost in secure flying. Airborne Medicine has also evolved at an incredible pace in the last twenty-five years. When you review our new brochure you will be amazed at the new technology we developed and use at OSMOCO to transport our patients. Our new incubator unit encompasses the latest micro-premature infant life-support system. We have developed unique aero medical expertise in the last few years. Since we service some of the most remote populations in the world; tertiary care is always hundreds if not thousands of miles away. Our medical teams have therefore created a medical system second to none. From acute intensive care to trauma, neonatal care, and advanced cardiac life support, we are able to assist you with the most advanced medical technology available today. We hope you will consider us for all your transport needs. Our extensive network of correspondents around the world and unparalleled global experience qualify us as a leading worldwide intensive care air ambulance system.

Airborne Adult Intensive and Coronary Care:

Our air ambulance system transports extremely critical patients on a routine basis unable to get complex care in remote locations. We therefore have developed a number of techniques and equipment modifications to service patients in the most remote areas. Our equipment is specially adapted to harsh environmental conditions. On board, our medical crew is fully equipped to handle critical care patients. This includes, cardiac care and trauma victims. We feature the Cardiodynamics Bioz hemodynamic monitor for cardiac output values. As well we have the Abbott I -Stat blood gas analyser for emergency chemistry and blood gas.
